Responsibilities
- Assist the Company Secretary to handle corporate secretarial matters for our clients’ companies including preparation of directors’ resolutions, minutes of meetings and striking off documents etc.
- Keep track and proper filling of confidential documents in both hard and soft copy
- Any administrative and/or ad hoc duties as may be assigned
