Roles & Responsibilities:
- Account management as primary responsibility
- Responsible for the day-to-day account management for routine/moderately complex client accounts
- Manages an assigned book of business and builds, expands, and solidifies relationships with existing clients
- Leads appropriate resources to address the client's risk / capital management needs
- Secures existing business and drives the sale of additional services and coverage levels
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with strategic partners across Asia
- Assist with insurance programme strategy and design for risks across the complexity spectrum
- Management and execution of placement negotiation across the business segment
- Deliver prompt and accurate processing of pre and post-placement documentation including underwriting information packs, placement documentation and endorsements, invoices and presentation resources
- Collaboration across offices and teams, regionally and globally
- Maintain strict compliance with all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Experience with the following product lines primarily Operational Property & Casualty, but also including Engineering and Financial lines
- Strong relationships and good reputation with underwriters in the Singapore, London and global markets
- Competency to learn new product lines with varying degrees of complexity
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office)
