Responsibilities:
- Handling all accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with local and group standards.
- Ensuring adherence to internal financial and operational controls.
- Managing financial reporting and tax compliance.
- Leading the Finance Team for efficient financial operations.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop budgeting and strategies.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Managing credit control and achieving collection targets.
- Supporting staff growth and training, and planning for succession.
- Contributing to new projects and digitization efforts.
- Monitoring processes and implementing corrective actions.
- Setting and monitoring quality and customer-centric objectives for the department.
Requirement:
- Degree in Accountancy
- Preferably CA/CPA qualification
- Minimum 10 years of working experience
- Knowledge in SFRS will be an added advantage
- Finance Operations & People Management experience is a must
