Our client a small team jewellery brand based in Singapore currently experiencing high growth as they step out of our online shell, is looking for looking for a fun, outgoing and responsible individual to join their team as a Retail Manager
Requirement:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure consistent adherence to customers standard.
- Review, develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure store compliance with company standards anda regulations.
- Create and manage retail wage and operational budgets to ensure efficient use of company resources and profitability.
- Collborate with the finance and management team to set monthly store targets and propose incentives or commission structure for each stores and team member to drive profitability and productivity.
- Work with HR and area manager to recruit, train, manage retail staff, including conducting performance appraisals, and providing professional development opportunities.
- Conduct regular meets with area manager to communicate expectations, review performance. and provide guidance on achieving sales target and operational goals
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Retail Management or a relevant field
- At-least 10 years of retail experience with 3 years in a multi-store or area management role
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data sets, identify trends and develop strategies to drive performance
- Flexibility to travel between store locations
- Strong/intermediate skills in Microsoft office and Excel required.
- Experience in fashion and jewellery retail is a plus.
