Job responsibilities:
• Handle full range of conveyancing matters such as purchase & sales, development projects, mortgages, redemption, transfers, leases, powers of attorney, stamp duties
• Prepare legal conveyancing documentation and handle e-lodgement/e-stamping etc
• Provide administrative support in legal documentation and secretarial work, conducting searches, billing, keeping deadlines
• Communicate with clients, banks and related parties relating to the conveyancing process
• Ensure smooth completion of conveyancing transactions
• Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and binding of documents
• All other secretarial / administrative duties assigned
Requirement:
• Education level: Minimum O’level
• Minimum 1 year experience in similar role.
Additional on-the-job training will be provided
Details:
• 5 days work week, 9.30 am - 6.30pm
• Office located in Mountbatten Square
