Responsibilities
· Develop solutions based on agreed business requirements while considering all factors such as performance, scalability, data security, operational effectiveness, cost and time to market.
· Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices and perform peer code reviews.
· Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components), integrations with back-office systems and data migration Work with Architect/Technical Lead to prepare solution concepts.
· Assist the Product Owner/Analyst in defining requirements. Participate in and support system-related activities to ensure seamless integration and functionality within the telecommunications domain.
Experience Required:
· Telecommunications industry experience is highly preferred.
· Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce API and Experience Cloud.
· Experience with Salesforce Development(both declarative and programmatic).
· Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
· Designing and documenting business processes with Jira/Confluence.
Tools and methodologies: GIT, VSCode, IntelliJ, Scrum, etc
