What you'll do:
As a CRM Campaign Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the communication strategy of various programs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building and deploying diverse campaigns across different channels such as email, push notifications, and in-app messages. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments to ensure strategic objectives are met. Your expertise in managing end-to-end campaigns within the Braze platforms will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking campaign status and ensuring timely deployment.
- Build and deploy email, push, and in-app campaigns for various programs
- Partner closely with stakeholders from product, technology, engineering, customer experience, partnerships, legal, and research to fulfill strategic objectives
- Manage end-to-end campaign including building ad-hoc and automated campaigns within the Braze platforms
- Route campaign builds through necessary stakeholders
- Track campaign status and scheduling on the project board
- Deploy campaigns in Braze
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the CRM Campaign Specialist role brings a wealth of experience in CRM operations within an enterprise-level ESP. You have a basic understanding of lifecycle marketing and are familiar with audience segmentation tools. Your experience managing projects through platforms like JIRA or Monday.com will be highly valued. With your strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, you can effectively liaise with teams across creative, marketing, product, and business domains. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is essential for this role.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in CRM operations with an enterprise-level ESP
- Basic knowledge of lifecycle marketing
- Experience with audience segmentation tools; Braze experience preferred
- Experience in managing projects through JIRA, Monday or a similar platform
- Basic knowledge of email and push best practices
- Intermediate skills in Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an excellent attention to detail
- Ability to liaise with creative, marketing, product, and business teams
- Strong team focus with outstanding organizational and resource management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is required
