Client: Sales Manager (Marine)/ Business Development Manager
Our esteem client is looking for a Sales Manager (Marine)/ Business Development Manager (Enterprise Solution).
Incumbent is required to build an international business portfolio, maintain, expand, establish and build enterprise strategic growth and partnership. It is paramount to drive international business development and growth.
Job Scope:
- Plan and executeSales business Strategies to achieve technology products and solution portfolio.
- To work with Enterprise clients in creating and delivering innovative solutions and formulate international business development strategies.
- Enterprise Solutions and Professional Services with a well-established sales network and a consultative selling approach.
- Develops a sales plan to deliver revenue growth and targets.
Requirements:
- Strong track record in handling Marine sales.
- Proven track record in Account Management and dealing with Business Stakeholders.
- Experience in handling either Marine Shipyard or Dry Dock.
- Solid selling experience in Product Solution Sales.
- Track record in Strategic Planning, Account Management, and Sales Management, bids and revenue.
- Solid experience in developing Sales pipeline and Sales Planning.
- Demonstrated good Sales Hunting and Farming.
- Possess strong domain experience in the Marine Space.
- Good understand of Marine technical product sales process.
- Minimum 8 years of Marine Sales experience.
- Track record in handling Sales in Marine industry.
- Min. Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering or Engineering, with minimum 8 years of marine Industry.
- Good in Client Management experience.
