What you'll do:
As a CRM Platform Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building and deploying email, push, and in-app campaigns for various programs. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, including building ad-hoc and automated campaigns within the Braze platforms. Your role will also involve routing campaign builds through necessary stakeholders, tracking campaign status and scheduling on the project board, as well as deploying campaigns in Braze.
- Partner closely with stakeholders from product, technology, engineering, customer experience, partnerships, legal, and research to fulfil strategic objectives
- End-to-end campaign management
- Building ad-hoc and automated campaigns within the Braze platforms
- Routing campaign builds through necessary stakeholders
- Tracking campaign status and scheduling on the project board
- Deploying campaigns in Braze
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this CRM Platform Specialist role will bring 3 years' experience in CRM operations with an enterprise-level ESP. You should have basic knowledge of lifecycle marketing and experience with audience segmentation tools; Braze experience is preferred. Your ability to manage projects through JIRA or a similar platform will be essential. You should also have basic knowledge of email and push best practices and intermediate skills in Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an excellent attention to detail are required. Your ability to liaise effectively with creative, marketing, product, and business teams will be key to your success in this role.
- 3 years’ experience in CRM operations with an enterprise-level ESP
- Basic knowledge of lifecycle marketing
- Experience with audience segmentation tools; Braze experience preferred
- Experience in managing projects through JIRA, Monday or a similar platform
- Basic knowledge of email and push best practices
- Intermediate skills in Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an excellent attention to detail
- Ability to liaise with creative, marketing, product, and business teams
- Strong team focus with outstanding organizational and resource management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is required
