We are looking for a dedicated Data/IT Project Manager who has a deep understanding of the problems customers are facing and accountable for capturing and communicating customer requirements as well as ensuring requirements are appropriately translated into innovative technology solutions.
You Should Have the Following Qualifications or Traits:
Project Management & Planning
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify and assess risks and develop risk management strategies.
Stakeholder Management
- Identify project stakholders and establish communication channels.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication among project team members and stakeholders.
Resource Management
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with resource managers to secure necessary personnel, equipment, andmaterials.
- Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed to optimize efficiency.
Project Execution
- Oversee the execution of project tasks according to the project plan.
- Monitor progress, track milestones, and identify and address issues or deviations from the plan.
- Implement change management processes to handle scope changes or other project adjustments.
