- Welcome, assist, and direct visitors properly.
- Issue visiting badges and check guest fulfillment.
- Maintain departmental telephone directory for call reference.
- Screen and direct phone calls to appropriate departments.
- Provide information to guests and staff in person or by phone.
- Monitor visitor assets for security awareness.
- Manage messages through fax and telephone systems.
- Book meeting rooms and corporate passes.
- Maintain filing system for meeting requests.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service working experience.
- Customer service oriented.
