This role requires the ability to independently develop comprehensive business plans for the custom home furnishing industry, encompassing numerous segments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute strategic business plans for the modular carpentry sector.
- Oversee the full cycle of business development from conception to implementation.
- Manage various segments within the custom home furnishing industry.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the Singapore market.
- Lead and coordinate projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
**Requirements:**
- Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in the custom home furnishing industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute business plans independently.

- Ability to work six days a week and travel as required.
