1) Min 5 years experience in landed residential houses
2) Min Diplo in Building/Construction
3) Able to prepare construction schedules and understand construction sequences
4) Understand the construction sequences and oversee daily operation at site
5) Able to liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients
6) Responsible for the upkeep of documentation on project matters and transport workers to job sites
7) Report and assist director on daily site matters
8) Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to purchase supplies and materials
9) Identify and resolve site-related technical issues
10) Must be able to resolve site issues and work independently
