3. Administrative Assistance:Pick up office purchases or attend to other administrative needs as required.
4. Optimal Routing:Utilize navigation apps to find the most optimal routes for deliveries.
5. Client Interaction:Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
6. Flexible Schedule:Work during night shifts and on weekends to meet business demands.
7. Travel Schedule Management:Maintain an organized travel schedule for efficient time management.
8. Vehicle Readiness:Ensure that vehicles have sufficient fuel and are always prepared for use.
9. Vehicle Repairs:Arrange for vehicle repairs when necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
10. Record Keeping:Update monthly mileage records for accurate reporting.
11. Loading and Unloading:Engage in loading and unloading activities as part of the job requirement.
12. Handling Frozen Food:Transport and handle frozen food items as needed.
Requirements:
· Night Shift Availability:Must be available for night shifts as required by the job.
· Loading/Unloading Skills:Proficiency in loading and unloading procedures.
· Driving Skills:Possess a valid driver's license and a proven track record of safe driving.
· Customer Service:Strong customer service skills with a professional conduct.
· Flexibility:Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends and night shifts.
· Physical Fitness:Capability to handle loading and unloading tasks and manage frozen food items.
