Responsibilities:
- Perform learning needs analysis, workplace learning solution, curriculum design and technology-enabled learning delivery
- Conduct research on skills mapping and design effective blended programmes for adult learners to address learning needs
- Interpret key trends in CET, understand external drivers and learning landscape for SMEs enterprise
- Perform course accreditation and audit by respective government agencies or partners, including administrative duties for the department
- Coordinate recruitment and management of adult educators including scheduling assignment
- Update of Course and Programme directory and organise meetings
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline
- At least 2-3 years of working experiences preferably in the education and training industry
- Professional certificate in ACTA/ACLP
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web savvy
- Proactive, meticulous, possess good communication and interpersonal skills, and a good team player
