Job Description
- Lead overall plant operation safety and EHS training.
- Mentor operational departments in EHS management.
- Implement EHS management systems and risk management plans.
- Conduct daily safety inspections, address hazards, and propose corrective actions.
- Organize weekly EHS toolbox meetings and coordinate EHS awareness campaigns.
- Train and supervise the emergency response team for first-aid, fire-fighting, and evacuation.
- Evaluate non-compliance and unsafe practices, ensuring EHS policy adherence.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or any Engineering discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in manufacturing and/or chemical industry as a Safety Coordinator or Engineer.
- Possess an Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health
