Let’s create something together. Our Workday Business Group has grown continuously over the last years. In order to support our clients in their change, we are currently looking to expand our team with a Junior Workday Financial Management consultant.
Workday Business Group
Within our Workday Business Group your focus will be on the cutting edge of Finance business processes and Finance applications. You will advise our clients and play an important role in the implementation of Workday’s Financial Management (SaaS) solution. You will gain experience and develop your capabilities working together in teams, receive on-the-job coaching at leading clients as we work with them to transform their Finance processes and systems to the next level.
Job Description:
As a Workday HCM & Recruiting Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems
- Assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching, gathering, and synthesizing information
- Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Job Requirements:
- Expert proficiency in Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting & Business Process Analysis / Design
- Certifications in Workday HCM & Workday Recruiting will be of added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a benefit)
- Interest in Technology and strong desire and ability to master new skills
- Driven to satisfy clients
