Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services.

· Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.

· Oversee the firm’s online presence, including website management and search engine optimisation (SEO).

· Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

· Produce engaging content for the firm’s website, social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels.

· Ensure consistent representation of the firm’s brand across all marketing materials and platforms.

· Develop case studies, project showcases, and other materials to highlight the firm’s work.

· Create and maintain a strong brand identity through visual and verbal communication

· Analyse marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead-generation strategies.

· Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.

· Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.

· Manage the marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective and within budget.

Qualifications

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Candidates without the above qualification but with related working experience are encouraged to apply.

· Minimum 2 years of working experience in Architecture and Design industry preferred.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Able to work under tight schedules to meet datelines.

· Independent, initiative, organised with positive working attitudes.

· Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

· Willing to travel when needed.

· Good IT Literacy in Microsoft Office package.
