Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and generate new sales leads via calls and online meeting
- Generate customers’ visits for Field Sales Representatives
- Offer straightforward technical advice, support, and solutions to prospective customers
- Qualify leads, manage opportunities in CRM, and collaborate with Field Sales Representatives
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns/ initiatives to replace obsolete equipment and entry-level weighing scales
- Create quotes, manage accounts, and support Field Sales Representatives
- Generate weekly task and analysis reports
- Manage inbound inquiries, follow up on leads, quotes and nurture relationships
- CRM management – ensure integrity by validating and correcting data in database
