Job Description:
- Handling of all sales enquiry through our Company's channels (social media, website, WhatsApp, phone calls etc)
- Sell the Company's products/services efficiently to potential clients.
- Generating and issuing quotations, invoices and delivert notes to clients.
- Assist sales team with finding leads online and key it into sales funnel platform.
- Remind clients for overdue invoice payments.
- Upload completed projects photos/videos on Company's website and social media platforms.
- Assist relevant team members with administrative tasks and paperwork for different projects.
- Responding to enquiries from customers either via emails or phone calls.
- Provide general admin work and data entry on behalf of the Company.
- Provide support for the Company's internal events/activities.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in relevant job.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Responsible and organized.
- Able to work independently.
- Outgoing and able to proatively reach out to team members for giving support.
