We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee and optimize our cleaning operations for efficient and effective facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing a team of cleaning staff, ensuring that cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness in facility maintenance operations.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned regularly and thoroughly.
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring proper maintenance and replenishment as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and ensure that cleaning standards are being met.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate facility maintenance activities and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
