Job Description
- Lead HR projects related to Singapore legislation and labor law to ensure compliance and proper implementation, including all necessary reporting to local regulators.
- Implement HR processes such as talent management, engagement surveys, performance management, diversity, and mobility.
- Extract and organize data to provide insights supporting various initiatives, including headcount management, diversity and inclusion, talent and performance management, and ongoing audit and management of team data.
- Coordinate global mobility cases to ensure employees receive full support in transfers, relocations, and assignments.
- Manage or support ad hoc projects as needed.
The Successful Applicant
- Has 5 years of HR experience preferably in investment firm
- Generalist knowledge of HR processes, concepts, and practices
- Make decisions and develop creative solutions
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues and trends, and develop solutions
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills for leveraging data to create insights and strategies
- Ability to navigate a global matrix organization and collaborate across HR and business functions
- Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
