We are hiring for Administration Assistant!!
Manages the daily tasks of a company by providing administrative and clerical support.
Looking for Singaporean ONLY
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To answer and direct incoming calls/emails and enquires - attending to the guest, serve drinks
- To set up work procedures and maintain an efficient filing system
- Responsible for general administrative duties (eg. E-mails, mailing/courier, scanning and filing of documents)
- Responsible for inventory control
- To perform checking and printing of reports, arrange a courier.
- To assist in general administrative work-book tickets (air/sea), hotel reservation
- To maintain an efficient filing system
- To perform any other related tasks as assigned from time to time
- Handle office administrative tasks such as office supplies monitoring and requisition, and taking care of office assets. (eg. Ordering/ purchasing of stationeries and office items)
- Flight booking and hotel reservation
- Provide general administrative support
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Words.
- Able to communicate well
- Possess a positive attitude, meticulous and organized
- Committed and hardworking
- The ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and problems solving with various pressing issues.
- Have good time management and prioritize work based on the level of importance and urgency within the given time frame.
