Job Description:
- Read, reply, record and follow-up job orders via email, message or phone call
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries
- Process customer orders promptly and accordingly
- Handling Customers complaints
- Support within Operations Department
Job Requirements:
- Preferable have some Marine experience
- Responsible and committed Team Player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills including Oral & Writing
- Proficient in using computer applications / systems (includes MS Office)
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in Maritime Studies or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in related field for this position
- Willing to work 5.5 days a week (Mon-Fri: 9am to 6pm / Sat: 9am to 1pm)
