Our Client is looking for a Relationship Manager to join their team. Your responsibilities would include
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities for secured lending (Property).
- Promote the company’s financial products, providing guidance on loans to meet customer financing needs.
- Maintain consistent business growth and achieve predetermined targets.
- Actively manage portfolio accounts to maximize profitability and explore new business prospects.
- Cultivate relationships with key partners and oversee long-term partnerships.
- Prepare credit proposals involving financial analysis.
- Participate in sales and marketing initiatives to generate leads.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance competitiveness.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess strong listening and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for understanding clients' business goals and challenges deeply, and providing strategic recommendations based on this understanding. This involves building robust client relationships and analyzing client data to grow the loan portfolio.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or sales support.
- Experience with SME loans and a network of contacts (including SMEs and loan brokers) to source loan opportunities.
- Strong acquisition skills, confidence, and a results-oriented approach to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail in documentation.
- Experience in term loans and mortgage loans is advantageous.
