Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a team on the daily operations of building.
- Operate, maintain, clean, repair and monitor all facilities management services
- Develop a facilities management work plan to operate and manage the building efficiently
- Implement the quality maintenance program and comply with government / statutory regulations; conduct regular audits of building and M&E systems
- Ensure all installation works are in conformance with building and statutory requirements
- Supervise contractors’ maintenance works, ensuring that contractors carry out works in accordance with contract requirements
- Perform scheduled & ad-hoc inspections and maintenance of facilities
- Ensure all feedback and issues are attended to and resolved promptly
- Plan, schedule and coordinate all maintenance works, ensuring that all equipment within premises is in working condition
- Prepare monthly reports for management and client
- Responsible for building risk management, safety & security
- Implement an energy management program to reduce operating costs
- Prepare cost estimates for improvement and re-configuration works
- Monitor maintenance budget and progress payments to ensure cash flows projections are met and prompt payments to contractors and service providers
Requirements
- Degree in Building, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in building and facility management industry
- Conversant with local codes of practice and regulations
- Good knowledge in mechanical & electrical system
- Good experience in tenancy management
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Green Mark Certifications
- Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) is an added advantage
- Possess Senior / Fire Safety Manager Certificate
