RESPONSIBILITIES
E-Commerce Marketing Strategy
- Plan and prepare full spectrum digital marketing calendar including content and strategies
- Develops digital marketing strategies for innovative campaigns to achieve sales KPI
- Define KPIs for marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate and communicate competitor presence and activities on offline & online mediums
- To produce collateral designs to execute marketing campaign
Analytics and Reporting
- Analyze key performance metrics including traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention rate
- Analyse customers data to identify the market trends and opportunities to increase sales
- Lead the digital analytics, marketing campaign performance and engagement metrics to produce report for management
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communication or a related discipline
- 3 years working experience in related position
- Experience in E-commerce and digital marketing is a must
- Innovative and demonstrate ability to generate new ideas
- Proficient in utilizing Canva or photoshop
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Sense of aesthetics, copywriting, and creative eye
