Solution Development Analyst (Sales)

The ideal candidate will execute on the below job functions with a high level of quality and accuracy.
- Manage a range of critical and analytical tasks in regards of the sales performance throughout the year by using several internal systems
- Oversee and manage internal reporting to the business heads; drive the regional newsletter content for the team.
- Point of contact for tracking, management, reporting.
- Prepare offering materials for new or existing assignments and pursuits utilizing effective work planning capabilities.
- Work with the JLL Research team and internal stakeholders to update the team of new innovations and services/ products.
- Act as contract manager using JLL’s governance tools
- Take the lead to run APAC RFP’s of certain size
- Manage internal team applications to ensure updated data is inputted and work with backend technology teams to solve issues or improve it.
- Keep relevant internal information updated
Skills and experience
- Entry level to 3+ years in commercial real estate or other relevant working experience
- Strong computer orientation and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word software
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
