Connect Energy is looking for an experience Accounts Assistant to join our office in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day operations of the Accounts Department
- Preparation and handling of accounts payable, including payroll of contractors
- Preparation and handling of accounts receivable
- Preparation of financial and management reports
- Upkeeping of accounting books and documentation
- Track and monitor the payment due dates
- Assist with working capital management
- Opportunity to manage a full overseas entity
- Assist in administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Accountancy
- Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude.
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, in particular MS Excel.
- Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 an advantage.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently and in a team
- Driven, able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in finance/accounting is advantageous
