Job Responsibilities:
- Involves in all aspects relating to the Design and Construction Management of all types of Civil and Structural Systems for Industrial Facilities Buildings
- In-charge of the design of Concrete and Steel Structures
- Assists Project Managers in achieving project completion within budget and on schedule and quality.
- Prepares, Issues and Evaluates Tender packages.
- Coordinates with Architectural, Process, Mechanical, Electrical disciplines and Quantity surveyors;
- Address site issues related to design.
- Liaises with Consultants and subcontractors.
- Manages timely submission and approvals from local authorities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 15 years’ experience in Design and Construction experience preferably in industrial buildings with Precast and Long span roof trusses experiences
- Site experience on piling works, Sub-structure and Super structure works for reinforce concrete, Steel structures and Precast structures
- Experience working closely with Process, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines and Quantity surveyor
- Experience of liaise with consultants and contractors
- Experience with checking of shop drawings for Precast and steel structures and able to do detailed Design and work in a team and able to provide details for computer aided design team
- Familiar with the Local authorities’ requirements for civil and structural submissions
