The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing the outreach and recruitment strategies and activities, and supporting enquiries and lead conversion, with a focus in Great China region, to achieve the university’s graduate student recruitment objectives and targets.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities include :
- Assist in development and executing comprehensive marketing and outreach strategies in both offline and online space.
- Organise and conduct both offline and online dialogue sessions with external vendors/internal departments/partners/prospective students
- Create high-quality marketing collaterals (brochures and flyers), and digital marketing content (i.e. social media posts).
- Host visitors, overseeing the coordination and presentations of the graduate programme offerings
- Manage stakeholders to maximise impact of outreach events and engagement sessions.
- Work closely with SUcceSS Academies in overseas outreach events and education fairs.
- Work closely with the marketing team in promoting the graduate programmes in various social media platforms
- Update the programme information on the website and social media channels in a timely manner.
- Conduct data analysis to adjust and adapt the outreach and recruitment strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in student recruitment.
- Support the admissions exercise such as responding to admissions enquiries.
Job Requirements
- A degree from a recognised university, preferably in marketing or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in admissions and student recruitment, or at least 2 years of digital marketing and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in Chinese as candidate have to address queries from chinese speaking applicants in the China Market.
- A good understanding of educational landscape of local and regional graduate studies and students' preference.
- Strong marketing skills, as well as image and video editing skills
- Experience in using various social media platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A good team player, problem-solver and multi-tasker
- Good analytical and customer service skills
- Able to occasionally work late.
- Able to travel overseas.
