There is now a need to hire an Invoice Processing Officer for a 6-month contract.
The Position
The Invoice Processing Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting bank administration and invoice processing within the Purchase-To-Pay function. Responsibilities include assisting in the completion of the bank's access form, verifying submissions for the onboarding of new entities/bank accounts, inputting invoices accurately and promptly into the e-invoice portal and SAP, as well as routing invoices for approval. The successful candidate will address inquiries regarding invoices and payment status, resolve issues independently or escalate them to the Invoice Processing Team Lead when necessary. Additionally, the role entails providing support for ad-hoc tasks.
The Person
The successful candidate will be an "O' Level or Diploma holder preferably in Accounting/ Business/ Finance with 1 to 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates with a diploma in Accounting/ Business/ Finance are also encouraged to apply. Aside from strong communication skills, interested individuals should offer problem solving abilities, a meticulous and analytical mindset. The role will be based in Jurong and offers 1 day of working from home.
