Accounts Executive (Basic Up $ 3,500/ 5.25days/ Tuas/ Urgent)

- Monday – Friday: 0830 – 1730, alternate Saturday: 0830 – 1230

Job Description:
- Accurately complete month-end closing and annual financial reporting for all accounts, including AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and GL reconciliation, ensuring compliance with SFRS and company standards.
- Monitor and follow up on AR & AP payment statuses.
- Prepare and file monthly GST returns.
- Conduct monthly stock-taking and compile inventory status reports.
- Process purchase orders and prepare invoices and delivery orders for both local and international customers.
- Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to track shipment statuses and keep customers informed.
- Document damaged or defective items from suppliers and follow up for claims.
- Work with auditors and tax agents to prepare financial statements and tax computations.
- Maintain and update administrative records.
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent with min 2 years of relevant accounting experiences
- Preferably with working experience/knowledge of Singapore GST and Corporate Tax
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Office, working knowledge of SAP B1 and familiarity with import/export operations are advantageous
- Ability to work, deliver & meet deadlines independently
- Analytical, meticulous, systematic and process oriented
