What will you do?
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
- Be responsible for overseeing and driving the transformation of planning and logistics processes within GSC international.
- Work on transformation and structural changes to drive customer performance and productivity
- Involve in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize supply chain operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, leverage technology for continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with regional business objectives
- Lead change management efforts and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the regional planning and logistics teams
What qualifications will make you successful?
- A strong background in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, along with proven leadership experience.
- Skills in change management, process optimization, and project management
- Need to have a solid understanding of industry best practices
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives and collaborate across different functions.
