Mandatory Requirements:
- Expertise in the general insurance domain, with a strong understanding of digital platforms and end-to-end business transformation.
- Extensive experience documenting business requirements, with a preference for business over technical requirements.
- Proven experience as a lead Business Analyst on previous projects.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6-9 years as a IT Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance industry, focusing on digital platforms and business transformation programs.
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects related to policy management, claims processing, underwriting, or sales within the insurance sector.
- Skilled in collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements, create functional specifications, and develop effective solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of policy management systems, their functionalities, and integration with other systems (e.g., billing, claims, customer relationship management).
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Experience in a lead or senior Business Analyst role is highly desirable.
- Experience working across multiple markets, particularly in Asian markets, is an advantage.
- Project management experience is a plus.
