JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analyze user requirements and engage users from Business Units, Operations and IT to understand their requirements and functional specification and build test scenarios/ test cases based on the functional specifications for the assigned applications.
- Liaise with business users and help in preparing project documentation such as User Requirement Specification (URS) and Functional Specification (FSD) conforming to Project SOP
- Prepare test scenarios and test cases with traceability matrix to ensure testing cover all function points documented in Functional Specification Document
- Provide UAT support and coordination with the UAT testers to ensure successful completion of UAT
- Carry out any other duties as directed by Company Management
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge in IT Project Management
- Appreciation of the banking operational processes and knowledge in any banking products will be an advantage
