Role & Responsibilities:
• To assist the Daily Landscape Project Operation and Implementation, Landscape construction, maintenance, and other ad hoc works (i.e. Tree works, Planting works, Irrigation works, etc.)
• Implement and provide directions in project planning, coordinate works, liaise with clients and consultants, and ensure overall signs of progress based on schedules.
• Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters, and attend site meetings if required.
• Inspect / Survey new sites for Tender or Quotes.
• Site surveillance for Tree pruning, Planting works, irrigation works, and other Ad Hoc Works
• Prepare material board for confirmation with Landscape consultants or designers.
• Propose Landscape improvement works.
• Do quotes and drawings (AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp)
• Train workers for Standard Operation Procedure or Safe Work Procedure. Inspect and instruct workers on site of ongoing projects.
• Assist in the handing over of completed projects and prepare accomplishment and billing documents of the projects.
• Prepare and coordinate safety requirements on site• Coordinates safety audits to external auditors.
