[3-month Contract Position]
SINDA seeks a highly motivated and experienced client relations staff to be the point of contact between the organisation and the public. The ideal candidate should be adept at addressing inquiries and engaging members of the public and demonstrate a willingness to consistently go the extra mile in client relations. This individual will also be responsible for fostering strong and positive relationships with relevant stakeholders while representing SINDA with professionalism and dedication.
Responsibilities
Ensure a Positive Client Experience
- Manage the front desk and related duties.
- Manage day-to-day client service operations across all modes – calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding SINDA’s programmes.
- Have positive and meaningful interactions with clients and adequately meet their needs.
- Respond to client service issues and follow-ups to ensure resolution on time.
- Support the distribution of vouchers and other items to walk-in clients.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards clients.
SINDA Fund Administration
- Assist in the smooth administration of contributions to the SINDA Fund.
- Engage with stakeholders on SINDA Fund queries.
- Ensure that applications are processed promptly.
Data Accuracy & Reporting
- Ensure that all client service activities are recorded accurately and within stipulated guidelines.
- Generate weekly reports and ensure full accuracy and completeness of data.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration by working closely with internal teams to ensure that services are tailored to meet clients' specific needs.
Requirements
- A Diploma or degree in any discipline with at least two years of relevant experience is preferred; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders across various levels.
- Proactive and take ownership of role and responsibilities.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic organisational setting.
- Good communication skills.
