Job Responsibilities:
- To coordinator with all stakeholders (operations, accounts manager, airlines, customs) to ensure all the smooth of freight undertaken.
- Recommend the most time and cost-effective product (e.g. consolidating of shipment, recommending alternative flights).
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with shipping (e.g. compliance with regulations and requirement).
- Ensure timely fulfilment of orders and meeting customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance of international trade regulations, custom permits and security measures (e.g. permit, requirement for DG shipments).
- Apply for all necessary licenses and permits, and to handle paperwork including of commercial invoices, packing lists, airway bills, permits and system updates.
- Resolve any issues or challenges pertaining to freight matters (e.g. missing, delays or custom clearance).
- To act as declaring agent for other freight forwarders.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Shipping or a related field
- At least 2 years of of sales and logistics working experience
- Good team player and work independently
- Good proficiency in MS Office skills
