Role And Responsibilities
Liaise with General Manager and Project Managers to effectively plan upcoming local or overseas projects manpower requirements efficiently – using the designated planning tool (RMS or other software). Scopes includes but not limited to:
- Contacting and communicate with site guys
- Negotiating rates
- Ensuring up to date certificates prior to mobilization
· For Overseas Mobilization/Demobilization includes but not limited to:
- Liaise with A+ travel agent to get flight options and/or purchase flights online; Eg. Air Asia, Jetstar.
- Book accommodation via booking sites ie. Agoda
- Preparing of Visa documents (when required
· For Local Projects includes by not limited to:
- Assist with mobilization documents – Client forms, Shipyard forms and induction documentation.
· Organize mobilization / demobilization meetings – to advise technicians on Applus SG’s expectations and get inputs from site staff on lessons learned for continuous improvement.
· Update RMS with accurate information on manning and mobilization dates – make suggestions for enhancements to the system.
· Using the RMS to send out timesheets and collection of timesheets and work completion record (WCR).
· Ensure workpack creation, collection, scanned and filed properly for audit purposes.
· Plan and implement initiatives for continuous improvement of the Operations team processes
· Arrange training and recertification for Applus SG employees, communicate with HR department on upcoming training.
· Liaise with HR to organize various vaccinations/health checks for Applus SG employees; Eg. OGUK, BOSIET.
