Responsibilities
- Research, design, and implement state-of-the-art Generative AI models to solve complex problems in [specific domain or application].
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing products and develop new AI-driven solutions.
- Optimize model performance and scalability, ensuring robustness and efficiency in production environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI & ML, particularly in Generative AI and related fields.
- Contribute to technical documentation, including model architecture, algorithms, and experimental results.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with a focus on AI, ML, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying Generative AI models, preferably in commercial or research settings.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
- Familiarity with LLM (Large Language Models) such as GPT and RAGs (Retrieval-Augmented Generative models).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and text generation tasks.
- Knowledge of cloud-based AI services and deployment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Publications or contributions to the AI research community.
