Jobs Responsibilities
- Ensure remittances are correctly and timely made
- Ensure that expenses to be billed to owners
- Perform monthly analysis of owners’ accounts and owners’ recovery account.
- Ensure that all liabilities and expenses and payments are accurately accounted for in owners’ accounts.
- Timely resolution of disputes with owners together with line managers, accounts and ship brokers.
- Follow up on payments from/to owners and sub-charterers.
- Ensure timely finalization of owners’ accounts
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, procedures, instructions and deadlines
- Timely accounts schedules for Audit.
- Follow up and resolve all audit concerns.
- Other Ad hoc Projects as required from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Min. Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
- Min. 2-3 years of accounts experience
