Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve technical and non-technical issues.
- Track and monitor project items as per contractual requirements.
- Submit and oversee technical drawings, method statements, and proposals.
- Ensure construction meets client and regulatory standards.
- Conduct short-term planning to maintain site progress.
- Manage site work, materials, and equipment.
- Minimize material wastage and maximize machinery use.
- Efficiently manage the direct workforce and overtime.
- Implement approved construction methods that are cost-effective and maintain quality.
- Meet project milestones to achieve cash flow targets.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent recognized by PEB.
- Experience leading a team or subcontractors is a plus.
- Experience with PUB(WRN) projects and over 5 years in the related field is preferred.
