Job Description:
- Perform lifecycle activities for Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML), file, and user permissions, maintaining a consistent and efficient delivery approach.
- Assist in information collection, preparation, and reviews to support audit, certification, and access remediation.
- Maintain procedures, administration guides and security review documentation for security solutions.
- Be a part of the operation team to evaluate major change requests in BAU operations, and provide security advice on potential risk and impact.
- Set priorities and respond to questions and service requests, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Produce comprehensive IAM documentation suitable for various stakeholders.
- Provide daily support, administration and management for the following security solutions.
1) Privileged User access system (MasterSam)
2) End point security systems
3) Security infra devices like 2FA, firewall, proxy,
4) Messaging security infra
5) AD related infra
6) Trend Micro Deep Security
7) Trend Micro Tipping Point
8) Trend Micro Deep Discovery Analyzer (DDA)
9) Trend Micro Control Manager (TMCM)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-year experience as an IAM or IT Support Operations Specialist.
- Preferably with CCNA certified.
- Familiar with Trend Micro products and experience utilizing the tools.
- Strong work ethic and dedication to owning and resolving problems.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency.
- Good understanding of IAM workflow, access control and administration.
- Ability to balance regulatory standards versus services in order to recommend services that assist with compliance.
