Responsibilities:
Effective Management of Accounts
- Assist the department in achieving its Key Performance Indicators
- Engage with and ensure client requests are fulfilled
- Support the superior in managing daily operations, including administration and logistics
- Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders on limo services and operations-related issues
- Handle ad-hoc transport bookings, scheduling, and coordination with corporate clients promptly and accurately
- Maintain and manage all databases related to transportation activities
- Monitor service performance of limo services, propose and implement improvements
- Provide support to the Operations Control Centre (e.g., reporting, processes, and coordination)
- Analyze data collected from reports
- Verify and provide trip updates to clients and management (e.g., overtime tracking report, billings, administrative reports to clients)
- Manage night planning operations for the next day
- Handle critical arrangement and planning
- Investigate feedback
- Conduct ground surveys and spot checks
Managing Partners and Subcontractors
- Build relationships
- Manage expectations and requests
- Monitor and manage issues related to fleet and driver management
- Address and resolve feedback and complaints
- Ensure smooth launch of projects and contracts
- Ensure partners strictly adhere to SOPs
- Continuously engage with partners to understand SOPs and drive actions to enhance overall performance, processes, and workflow analysis
- Orient new partners on limo/taxi ground operations procedures
Ad-Hoc Projects and Events
- Plan and oversee any ad-hoc projects and events (e.g., logistics)
- Conduct ground surveys
- Manage and provide support to ensure smooth operations during special events and projects
- Perform any other duties or appointments delegated by management
- Drive private hire vehicles (PHV) to support client bookings as part of contingency plans
- Serve as an on-site coordinator for special events
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management or other equivalent qualification
- Min 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Flexible in working timings if needed
