Accountss Administrator

The roles and responsibilities of Accounts Administrator may vary but will include:

1. Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.

2. Accounts Payable: Processing invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and maintaining good relationships with suppliers.

3. Accounts Receivable: Managing customer invoices, following up on overdue payments, and reconciling accounts.

4. Payroll Processing: Calculating employee salaries, deducting taxes and other withholdings, and ensuring timely payment of wages.

5. Bank Reconciliation: Matching bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

6. Expense Management: Recording and categorizing expenses, verifying expense reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

7. Financial Reporting: Generating financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for management review.

8. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and providing financial forecasts based on past performance and market trends.

9. Compliance and Taxation: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and tax laws, preparing tax returns, and liaising with external auditors.

10. Software Proficiency: Utilizing any necessary software & company ERP System (which will be taught as on the job training) that will hold customer records and details to proficiently to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.

11. Administrative Support: Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence related to financial matters.

12. Communication: Collaborating with other departments, communicating financial information effectively, and providing support to management for decision-making.

13. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues in financial records, processes, or transactions.

14. Continuous Improvement: Contributing to the improvement of accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

15. Adherence to Policies: Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and accounting standards, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
