- Position : Logistic Sales Coordinator (Marine & Offshore Shipyard/ Vessel/ Invoicing / Admin Sales)
- Location : North Bridge Road (Walking distance from Fort Canning MRT Station)
- Working hours : 5 days / Monday - Friday - 9.30am -5.30pm
- Salary (Commensurate with experience): Salary up to $4200 + AWS + 14 days Annual Leave
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : Marine & Offshore Shipyard
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing documentation related to vessel certificates and stationery
- Coordinating and overseeing marine activities and operations
- Asist to handle existing Projects together with the sales team
- Arranging travel logistics
- Handling invoicing and updating application forms for class audits and other vessel-related matters
- Might need to travel oversea to visit customer, when needed.
Requirements:
- 1 years experience in Marine & Offshore Shipyard
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
