JOB DESCRIPTION
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, resume databases, and referrals
- Reach out to prospective candidates via email, phone calls, and social media messages to introduce job opportunities, assess interest, and fit
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing information about the company, culture, and career opportunities to enhance candidate experience and engagement
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, assessments, and screenings with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates
- Communicate interview details, including date, time, location, and interview format, to candidates and internal stakeholders
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
- Completing paperwork for new hires
- Keeping up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company
- Other tasks as assigned by the management
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Diploma and above (preferably in Human resource / Psychology)
- CEI licensed is a MUST
- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Words)
- Tech savvy
- Team player and high adaptability to a fast paced working environment
