- To verify and clarify the design for Engineers in drawing perspective.
- Assists the Civil & Structural Engineering team to produce design drawings such as foundation layout, structural framing layout, detailing and civil works;
- Produces detailed drawings according to design calculation from Engineers;
- Makes the necessary changes to the design drawings base on revised layouts all the time;
- Assists Engineers to co-ordinate with Qualified Person for submission drawings;
- Manages the subcontractors to achieve the required CAD / BIM standard specifications;
- Preparation of Tender, Construction, As Built, Shop and Co-ordination drawings;
- Involves in the compilation of as-built documentation.
- Keeps discipline drawing list be updated, ensures drawing revision system is followed;
- Produces 3-Dimensional model when necessary;
- Works with other discipline designers and sub-contractors to support inter-discipline and space co-ordination works.
- To promote safe working practices and protect the health and well-being of all employees, sub-contractors and customers;
- To behave in a professional and responsible manner at all times;
- To protect the interest of the company;
- Ad hoc duties as determined by management.
Requirement:
- Diploma/Institute of Technical Education in a related engineering field
- 5-7 years relevant experience
- Proficient in CAD/ BIM design and coordination of construction industry
