Job Responsibilities:
1.Assist the Project Manager in project management, planning, coordination, and preparation of documents for submission, and propose alternative design and construction methods to consultants.
2.Ensure smooth delivery of projects through effective planning, management, and deployment of resources, liaising with various related parties, including customers and on-site subcontractors, to ensure project requirements are met.
3.Identify and record any problems related to the products and processes, undertaking any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
4.Assist and report to the Project Director on the project, including preparing M&E schedules and T&C reports, and attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
5.Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with consultants and subcontractors to resolve any technical or site issues, ensuring M&E works are carried out according to specifications and drawings.
6.Inform the Project Director of any technical or site problems related to M&E works, and supervise the progress of M&E works on site.
7.Coordinate subcontractors' M&E work, ensuring the work is on schedule, and conduct T&C for M&E systems such as Megger Test, Continuity Test, Earthing Test, and Pressure Test.
8.Review drawings, documents, BOQ, and electrical calculations, preparing method statements, risk assessments, and checking drawing discrepancies.
9.Ensure the quality of works is achieved and safety and environmental regulations are complied with.
Requirements:
1.Possess a relevant degree,diploma,or certification in the field.
2.Extensive experience in project management and site management,particularly in the M&E field.
3.Familiarity with the design,installation,and testing processes of M&E systems.
4.Excellent communication and coordination skills,with the ability to collaborate with multiple parties to resolve issues.
5.Strong planning and organizational abilities,capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
6.Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations,ensuring compliance in all site work.
7.Proficiency in using relevant project management software and tools.
8.Candidates with project management and engineering experience will be given preference.
